1. Star Squash is an independent contractor
Star Squash is an independent court contractor and the authorized U.S. installation and service partner of CGG Sports Facilities Engineering Co., Ltd. (“CGG”). Star Squash is not owned by, or a subsidiary of, CGG. CGG is the manufacturer of the court systems we install.
2. Renders, photos, and project examples
Project photographs, renders, animations, dimensions, and timelines shown on the Site are representative and illustrative. They are not commitments and may vary by site conditions, permitting, material availability, and the final signed contract. Some images may show courts manufactured or installed in partnership with CGG or other vendors at venues outside the United States.
3. Financing notices
References on the Site to financing — including any future revenue-share, lien-based, or pilot programs — describe an offering we are currently developing. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of credit, securities, an investment opportunity, or a partnership. Final terms are subject to underwriting, applicable state and federal regulations, and the written agreement signed by the participating club and Star Squash. Past performance of other clubs (or our own past projects) does not predict future results.
